Positive: It was spacious, set in a fabulous rural location with lots of facilities/ amenities available. The hosts were very warm & welcoming & put you at ease immediately.

Negative: I am not one to ‘go overboard’ on reviews but I have to say this property ready did tick all the boxes - it was simply fabulous

Positive: Segonne allows one to experience the French countryside. The setting is beautiful and grounds spacious. And loved the friendly goat who wondered into our garden!

Negative: It isn’t clear when booking how the space is demarcated. The big pool isn’t necessarily available for some of the apartments, but we had our own small private pool. It would be helpful to see pictures of the different accommodation options so you know what you’re booking.

Negative: The property was not what we expected. The description led us to believe that we were getting a complete 4 bedroom house spread over two stories. What we got was a two bedroom bungalow with a childs room with bunk beds. We were disappointed to say the least. We did negotiate a small refund but it did not make up for a holiday that was somewhat spoilt.

Positive: The location was beautiful! Spectacular views, gorgeous gardens, close to amenities but not too near. The hosts were wonderful - incredibly kind and helpful without being intrusive. We loved the interior decor, comfort and amazing private pool - in fact there were 2 pools and we felt welcome to use either. We had everything we needed in a very peaceful setting. Great to have a dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of usable outdoor space. Loved it.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like
