Positive: Beautiful place, in a stunning rural area not far where I need to be. Highly recommend this place, clean room with kitchen, bathroom, lots of storage place. Will definitely return to La Rugea and try their facilities.

Positive: First of all, the bed was so great, to me that is the most important aspect of any stay, a good night sleep. The location was pleasant, although there is only one way to reach the property and the road is narrow and damaged for the most part so be careful to avoid the holes. Once you get used to it, it's fine. The room is comfortable, nice, beautifully furnished and the bathroom is comfy and well equipped. The little kitchenette is a great addition and the fact that the fresh water is supplied in the little fridge is just great. All in all, we have loved the place, it is a great value for money and we would return again!

Negative: The only downside is the lack of a bar/bistro with fresh coffee, something Italy is famous for, as the vending machines are rather unsatisfactory with their sweetened powdered milk, and there is no other way to make a cappuccino on the premises. Also, our microwave in the room did operate, but to no avail- it did not heat! I love the fact that the windows have nets for insects, however, ours was broken, but luckily we stayed at the time when the mosquitos were not that many.

Positive: A big place, wonderful for special events (birthdays, weddings,...) Room was great, with balcony, little kitchenette. A big parking lot was a plus, also garden and pool (sadly still closed when we were there). Coffee machine in the room, also pre packed breakfast. Vending machines and laundry room on the ground level available.

Negative: Strong scent of cleaning detergent in the room.

Summary: Lovely stay, far from touristic crowds.
