Negative: There was inadequate noise separation between rooms so that the use of plumbing was quite noticeable at times.

Positive: The location is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the A20, which makes this a fantastique location for your stay over. The Atmosphere was enchanting and the small town of Cahors will surprise you with its its Malbec Côt wine, its rich gastronomy, and its medieval architecture, including the iconic Pont Valentré fortified bridge and the Cathédrale Saint-Étienne.

Negative: Just don't make the mistake I did and not take the time to stay longer.

Positive: Wonderful hosts, Christine and Cristophe and gorgeous property. We arrived early and unexpected (we had booked about 10 minutes before we arrived due to a last minute change en route Dodogne to Carcassone--bedtime in Cahors loomed.) Our hosts were quick to respond and gave us a warm welcome. The setting is gorgeous, a large quiet and beautiful property. Breakfast was great, especially the delightful pineapple home made cake :) Highly recommend La Quintarde.

Negative: Beds are difficult to rate because everyone feels them differently. My husband was extremely comfortable. I found the springs a little distracting. I prefer a soft bed. To each their own.
