Summary: In the past this hotel has been pretty good. We have stayed here before. But this time the only good thing I have to say is that the staff was friendly. Our room was not very clean - a lot of dust in the closet area and on the shower rail like the maids only clean in the spots that are super visible. The shower also had a very dirty head. There were also spiders in the bottom of the pool. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting - cold eggs and bacon - hard biscuits. Our 2nd day we went somewhere and paid for breakfast rather than eating there again. We come to Woodward a few times a year and we will think twice before coming back.

Summary: 3rd floor hallway air conditioner didn’t work, felt like the heat was on. Bathroom and tub and ceiling vent dirty. Went to breakfast at 9:45, coffee empty, hot food mostly empty and there was still minutes left. Went back half hour later, even more empty not refilled. Landscaping outside overgrown and full of weeds.

Summary: Our tour group stayed here twice during our tour the week before Memorial Day, and the rates were very affordable for a clean, well-maintained hotel. There is access to neighborhood streets and parks (park is about a mile to the north) if you want to go for a run in the morning. The breakfast selection was good.
