Summary: This La Quinta seemed to be a convenient and safe place to lay our heads and meet up with family on a longer trip. The property is worn with some obvious maintenance needs but the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of parking.

Summary: Not impressed at all. Upon arriving, virtually every guest had a pet (I don't want to stay in a kennel). Lobby old and in need of renovation. Some work was being done on the 2nd floor, with a sign saying excuse our mess, but materials stacked in hallway. My room had a very rusty lamp. I mean, how hard is it to get a $20 lamp without rust. Really old and unimpressive. Hopefully the remodeling will change this. Would not stay there again.

Summary: Room was not freshend each day as noted on placard- mostly for towel replacement-had to reprogram room key several times-Tv was very dated- hotel needs a refresh- there are MANY other choices to look at in Slidell- do better. Room was clean but dated.

Summary: If you are into dogs this is the place to be! I counted 7 dogs at check in. Next morning urine was everywhere outside. You had to be careful not to step in it

Summary: Stay was great, no real complaints! Had a decent breakfast, no issues during our stay. Hot tub was warm, hot tub and pool were clean. The only thing that was off was they were doing some renovations to the hotel. Everything was still very clean and well kept since they are doing renovation, all staff was amazing and assisted with anything we needed!
