Summary: The property was nice enough but it was in a bad area of Phoenix. We didn’t feel safe to walk out of our room in the evening, so I will not return to this property again.

Summary: My stay was great. Checking was quick and easy. Receptionist was very kind and knew what she was doing. Room was clean and welcoming.

Summary: The room was clean. housekeeping was great. The two front desk staff that helped me were super nice and friendly. My key didn’t work on the second day and they fixed it within like a minute. I know the reviews talked about the area surrounding in the hotel, but I had no issues. The pool is clean too.

Summary: room was near back stairwell and the elevator was inop so had alot of noise from the stairwell door constantly closing. no real pet area. no towel racks so all were on the small bath counter. and couldnt be hung to dry.. finally we have stayed at other la quinta inns but this one charged an early ck in fee. and we werent that early.

Summary: The bathroom is disgusting! And the paint is chipping off the bathroom door. Hair in all the corners and in the shower. Unreal considering they charged me $40!!!! To check in early to a dirty room.
