Summary: Staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was super sweet and helpful. The room was very clean but had an old smell to it but it wasn’t awful. Just noticeable.

Summary: Nice hotel- had an issue with the translation of reservation from Hotels.com. booked 2 rooms same res. Put my moms name as staying in 2nd room and front desk insisted they only had 1 room reservation. So we had to pay again. After checking in, I chatted with Hotels.com, they called the hotel and ended up refunding our 2nd room.

Summary: We had the best stay! Came to Perry for a horse show at the fairgrounds. Easy commute 5 mins. Lots of good places to eat all around. And the hotel itself was so cute and modern looking. Smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Staff all throughout the hotel during the day picking up, and keeping it super nice. We had to be at the arena early so we didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled amazing. The pool was nice as welll. 3 to 5 which was perfect to relax by after a long day at the barn. 100% will stay again.
