Summary: Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast and the attendant is great! Nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The beds were very comfortable. The room was very modern with lots of spaces to charge devices. The smart TV was great giving lots of choices for viewing.

Summary: We have been staying here every summer for nearly 8 years. The price has gone up quite a bit this year (25), but it has also been really renovated. The rooms are far more modern and seem cleaner with the old carpet removed. Breakfast was still nice with the waffle maker intact, a juice dispenser, oatmeal with lots of nice toppings, etc. the courtyard is fantastic as always. It is very pet-friendly (they even offer dog treats at the front desk upon arrival). Check-in was a breeze. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub are both nice. (I do miss the guy that used to run the breakfast bar, just because he was always so friendly and engaging. He used to walk around and tell jokes and talk to everyone as he went about his work.) I would definitely recommend this stay.

Summary: No one told us when checking in that the hot tub was out of order - found out after got down 3 stories and into the pool room. The stopper for the tub was bent so it didn't work to hold water when took it to desk they wanted us to change rooms instead of taking another stopper out of the other room.

Summary: Check in was fast and continental breakfast was better than most. Room was modern and hotel was a newer build. Floor could have been cleaner and hot tub was out of order, but otherwise a very solid place to stay. I would stay again if coming through North Platte.

Summary: I had two separate reservations and they were able to keep me in the same room. Something about the reservations made this complicated than usual, yet the various shifts handled it flawlessly.
