Summary: The staff was quite nice and helpful. A previous occupant had left an empty false eyelash package under the bathroom console. The office chair was ripped and unsightly. Gave a second-rate vibe.

Summary: Overall good experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that there were some hairs on one if the beds. Little haircut hairs. I let the front desk know and they changed the sheets and everything while we were at dinner. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. I asked for a quiet room and we were out up on the third floor in a back corner. It was perfect. I was disappointed that there was no ice maker on the third floor, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed ice. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. The morning breakfast was what you would expect- cereal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. It was nice to have a variety so each member if the family could get what they needed. Ample seating as well. So, overall a good experience. As with most things, it had it quirks. Would they keep me from staying here again? No. I would stay here again.

Summary: Our room smelled like wet dog. Stains on carpet, office chair falling apart, hair in shower. It was gross, we were scared to touch any of the surfaces. The lobby was very hot and humid. In past we haven’t had any issues but the quality of this hotel has gone way down in last few years

Summary: Room clean all areas clean hot tub and pool. Bread fast hot and ready from 6am to 9am. The only thing that wasn’t working was the Landry, but other than that I recommend it you stay here.

Summary: The upholstered chair was filthy and also looked like animal hair was on it; I could not sit in it. The carpet area the size of a soccer ball in front of the TV was soggy wet. I had an important appt. to meet and I was exhausted or I would’ve requested a different room.
