Summary: Outdated, missing bathroom light fixture, weak water pressure, stains in the carpet and tile, loud slamming doors (no quiet hinges), doors, not leveled, did not completely seal around the edges. Booked a five person room, but it only slept four. Only enough linens for two people. Very friendly staff.

Summary: Stayed two nights. The room was very clean, no issues. The pool area was nice and clean. The negatives were, no blow dryer provided. The bed frame is positioned nearly a foot away from the headboard, so when you try to stack pillows against the headboard, they fall through to the floor. Very annoying odd design! Lots of traffic noise from outside, but putting the ac on constant fan helps. There were loud guests yelling in the hallway and slamming doors multiple times all night long, the second night which prevented sleep. How can ppl be so inconsiderate?!

Summary: Pet fee watch out. When called about any fee they said no but during booking had to sign paperwork on pet fees starting at $25 on up. Customer service not informative, rude and odd.

Summary: Came to watch our 8 yr old grandson play in a baseball tournament. The hotel had the best pillows. One of the bad things was the tub needs a mat or something as it was slippery. The other thing was we have a handicap parking but people without handicap plates/placard’s were parked in the handicap parking spots. Although I am sure the hotel can’t control that. Overall it was great.

Summary: I was checking in at 6:15 pm and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Once checked-in I was giving my room key. Went to the room written on the envelope, no room with that number. Went back to the front desk and was told I didn’t know how to read number's (112). It was room 117. I was then lectured on how to read numbers. Never going to stay there again.

Summary: the room was clean and surprisingly the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the only issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room, however as soon as i approached the front desk they did get me one
