Summary: The hotel overall is clean however, our room smelled so strong of chemicals it burned our throats. Smelled like the room had a previous problem they attempted to fumigate but that made it smell even worse. Every time you walked into the room it hit you so hard. Breakfast was a high point with great options and local flavor. The bed was comfortable and with a good amount of pillows. Not against the hotel however, we had to checkout early for safety as we came outside to find someone circling our vehicle with a video camera and watched him do the same to another vehicle of the same style like they had a type they were looking for. When he saw us he started videoing palm trees like we wouldn't know what he was doing. Hotel security was notified but we didn't feel confident our vehicle would be there in the morning if we stayed our last night. We've stayed here a few times now and will return but hopefully won't get a smelly room next time.

Summary: I had a good time but I’ve stayed in another Quinta before and the beds were a lot more comfortable … I just have one other bad experience idk her name but she was working on a Saturday in the after noon July 5 that lady had a bad attitude and was giving me attitude about signing in for the pool I told her I had been there 2 days prior and they never told me anything or said anything to me about signing in for the pool I was never ever told about it on check in

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham McAllen Convention Center. The room was very clean and well maintained! The property is centrally located to everything that we needed. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future!

Summary: Love the cleanliness of this hotel.I went specifically for the pool on Memorial Day.That was my fault.It was beyond packed People blasting their loud music.Different types all over the place.People getting drunk even though it says do not bring averages or food into the pool area People were letting people in that.I don't think we're guests , but I was not gonna Get involved.I found my little corner of the pool and seating area and still had good time But if you're going on a holiday keep that in mind.
