Summary: First, the cleanliness of the premises was unacceptable, specifically cigarette butts were found in the hallway and dead skin and hair floating in the pool, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the room was inadequately stocked. There was only towel provided for our entire party, no hand soap available in the bathroom, yet there was an excess of body lotion (three containers). Furthermore, there were no extra blankets provided for the pull-out couch, which meant that I had to go downstairs and request some, which was the last thing that I wanted to do at bedtime after our drive. Most distressing, however, was an incident involving the fire alarm. It sounded unexpectedly and caused my son to have a panic attack and for me to fall in the shower, which made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication or guidance from staff following the alarm. Overall, this experience fell far below our expectations for the money that we paid for our stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was good, which is why we did not provide a zero star.

Summary: Clean, and the bar was very convenient. After driving 12 hours, i needed a stiff drink. Front desk was quick and very accommodating.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights. It was ok for the money. It was clean and people were kind. Had an issue with check in but they were apologetic. We couldn't get the suite we booked because we had our dog. Over all was an ok stay
