Summary: This hotel has it all..beautiful clean rooms,a spa like atmosphere..with a pool kept impeccably clean by Peter snd his team..contentious caring management team including Diane Kayla and Christene...led by Manager Senka Thompson...they treat you like family and learn to know their guests needs and wants. Tge hiusekeeping staff is friendly and contientious of their duties. I just spent 8 days their and felt lije i was on an Island resort. The hotel has a bar restraunt on the facility called Vans that offers bar pizzas and burgers. It is also centraly located to many lical restraunts and shopping facilities as well as Candlewood Lake Great for kids and adults. This is my go to duri g the summer weekend getaways... Go see the team and the pool.

Summary: When we got in the room we were very happy with the size. The tv was over by the couch and chair so from bed our heads had to be turned the whole time watching it so we would rather it be on the wall in front of the bed that was empty. We had ice packs for our cooler but we couldn’t keep them frozen because the refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. The main thing that was a problem was the toilet wouldn’t flush good. The water would come up so high and when it went down the toilet paper half the time wouldn’t go down so we called for someone to come look at it. The maintenance man flushed the toilet and said yeah that’s how it works it’s old and they are planning on remodeling each room closing off one floor at a time I think he said in October not sure about that. The next day it was stopped up so I called again and the lady (through me for a loop) and said come to the front desk and I’ll give you a plunger now I’ve never been asked to do the work of a maintenance person before but then I thought maybe she’s trying to save me the embarrassment of someone coming into the room but getting a plunger from the front desk and walking with it to our room is embarrassing so who knows. The parking is really tight . We do still like this hotel it’s clean the people are nice and friendly the breakfast bar is very good. There’s a Van’s sports bar and game room attached to the hotel. It’s close to our family.

Summary: Arrived after a very long difficult drive to a friendly reception. Check in was quick & easy. Our room is large and spotless. We come here every year; they never disappoint.

Summary: great place close to elephants trunk flea market, 10 minutes away and had a great meal in New Milford at Aldente, Italian restaurant also close by. When we arrived we were able to have a drink from the bar and restaurant which is attached to the Motel. that was perfect after a long drive.
