Summary: Very helpful due to our late check in and check out. Easy to find and close to the vampire diaries attraction. Comfortable beds. Met our needs to stay overnight.

Summary: It was a good place to stay. The only set back was that my room did not have hot water when using the shower. I complained but nothing really happened until my last night. That’s when they switched my room.

Summary: Everything was really good from checking in to the environment itself. The only issue we had was kids running down the hallway making lots of noise when we were trying to watch TV & trying to sleep. We were on the 4th floor so we weren’t expecting that. Other than that, everything else was really nice.

Summary: The staff, front desk and breakfast were polite and friendly. Overall, the hotel common areas were unkept. We take the stairs, and the carpet was filthy and the stairwell smelled bad. The room was not bad, but would not stay here again.

Summary: Room was in a convenient location. The website did not specify what dates the pool would be open so the pen was closed, which unfortunately we stayed there for the pool. There was not a big food selection for breakfast.
