Summary: First the good ... The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options for people with different dietary needs. The location was convenient to where I needed to be. There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it Negatives ... The hallways were hot and uncomfortable (although the room temp was fine). The room was not well soundproofed, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the mornings (and being right next to the elevator added to that). The shower took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature - we actually thought there was no hot water at first, but it did warm up part of the way through the shower. Overall, it was a good place and I'd stay there again. I would just ask to be put in a room farther from the elevator.

Summary: Staff was very cordial. Room was great, except couch was not very comfortable if you tried to set and watch a show. The rooms above and below our room were a little noisy. ie people yelling and slamming doors next to us, and the other side had the ice machine where people came and got ice, slamming the door when leaving, and then the room above us sounded like an elephant walking around. I don't thin my wife got a full night sleep anyday we were there. From 9:30 to 1 am, and then people waking up at the crack of dawn.

Summary: Decent place to stay but room needed a lot of work. Door lock looked like it had been kicked in at least twice and when opened scraped the floor. NO USB plugs in room. Sink wouldn’t drain properly until I removed trash from drain. TP holder was about to fall off wall. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am which may be okay for someone working but we were on vacation and missed breakfast.
