Summary: We stayed on the second floor in the main building. Immediately after walking into the room it was obvious one light was broke, not burnt out but broke, and one lamp had mold on the shade and wall. The bath tub was still dirty and it stunk. We requested a new room since a refund wasn’t an option. The second room was better since nothing was broken, but it just smelled like an old musty room was sprayed with an entire can of air freshener. The staff put forth minimal effort. No apologies. No refunds. No credits. Nothing but extra hidden fees and mold. The breakfast staff was rude. Another guest (very kindly) asked for the syrup and she said “I know it’s not out there. I’ll get to it. You don’t have to tell me how to do my job.” This was 30 minutes after breakfast service began. I wasn’t expecting this place to be amazing by any means but not getting even an insincere apology for mold is unacceptable. I understand why they don’t give credits or refunds and need those hidden fees. They wouldn’t be able to stay functional otherwise. It’s like throwing paint on a rusty bucket. It’s still broken, but at least it’s colorful…

Summary: Now must pay 10.00a day to park, no handicapped parking discount . I am a platinum Wyndham rewards member, it’s useless. Once again non working ice makers on the floors. Must go to the lobby for a working ice machine. 1 wash cloth Ina double occupancy room . I’ve been staying with them for 12 years. May need to look elsewhere due to additional fees. Very disappointed with paying 10.00 a day to,park.

Summary: The woman at the front desk, Amie, was awesome! noticed I paid too much on parking using the QR code and she moved me to the main building for a nicer stay.

Summary: Front desk staff was very friendly. Room clean though the door was sticky and had to hard close to get latch engage. TV remote did not initially control volume but maintenance fixed it within minutes of be notifying front desk. We were on the back side of building which is within feet of a highway, so expect traffic noise. Location is beautiful and adjacent to a marina.

Summary: My wife and Istayed one night, the accommodations were fine, in need of some outside maintenance, but the room itself was quite nice and the bed very comfortable. Would stay there again.
