Summary: Great place to stay!! Off the beaten path. Close to everything you would need.

Summary: The hotel looks nice and modern. Our beds were very comfortable. One of our 2 TVs did not work and we made the front desk aware. The bathroom sink was Very clogged. You could not wash your hands without the sink filling all the way up with water. We saw ants on the desk in our room. We were on the second floor. Also there were 4 of us- my husband and I and our 2 kids. We had to write the number of guests on the reservation. The room only had 2 big towels and a bunch of small hand towels. That is not enough for 4 people. Furthermore we were under the impression that the indoor pool is heated. The pool was freezing cold.

Summary: The lady checking in didn’t go over anything! Wasn’t sure about breakfast or times. We just guessed! Usually the hotel stays they greet you when in eyesight of you but nothing! Shampoo in the shower was empty! Overall a good stay!

Summary: It was absolutely amazing and the staff was very welcoming!! We had a power outage and my oldest son has a heart condition so no air wasn’t going to work! The pool was super cold though!! The staff also was chill about my kids writing them thank you notes 😁

Summary: Our stay was interrupted by a rude and uncaring individual who had their tv volume on maximum. I called the front desk twice. The second time, he stated that he couldn't get a response from the person. Obviously the tv volume was so loud, they couldn't hear the phone ringing in their room. I heard the employee banging repeatedly on their door. Finally after about 15 minutes, the volume was lowered. However, the tv remained on and could still be heard. There's nothing worse than people who think they're the only ones occupying space. Very disappointing.
