Positive: Seemed very clean (except for comment below). The bed was comfortable and the location is awesome.

Negative: There was a large spider in my room - the long legged house variety - crawling on the wall in the morning and quite a few cob webs on ceiling. Took me a long time to understand the mirror - clearer instructions as to keeping the card in the slot on the wall would have been helpful. The TV remote was horrible. I gave up. We replaced the batteries, but there was such a delay in everything, the channels wouldn't change. Clear instruction on that would be great as well. I was also in a room right by the ice machine...I think the breakfast staff was grabbing lots of ice at 5:30 in the morning. That should be a notification when you're placing someone in that room.

Positive: The breakfasts can always be depended on to provide a good protein filled meal as well as sweet treats like waffles and muffins. The place is ALWAYS very clean and the staff is super friendly!
