Positive: Everything was clean and staff were awesome!

Negative: The only bad thing was that at 4 a.m., my smoke detector started beeping and had to be reset. They quickly came to fix it but I could not fall back to sleep.

Positive: My business was at the York State Fairgrounds. The location was very convenient. The hotel was very accommodating of our dog. The breakfast was very good each day.

Negative: Annoying beeping sound on the Second Floor hallways for hours & hours (fire alarm malfunction?) Preventing me from sleeping. Barking dog in a nearby room as well.

Summary: Decent but could have been better. Wish I could be compensated for not being able to get to sleep.

Positive: Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the room.

Negative: The only chair in the room other than the desk chair was very uncomfortable. Very strange chair for a hotel room. Straight back with no arms. Also the breakfast was terrible - eggs were cold,no milk, empty serving dishes and it was only 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Breakfast was to be opened until 10:00. No employee available or attending to providing hot food.

Summary: Very nice room - breakfast could use some improvements.
