Summary: I read this hotel was renovated in 2025 so i wanted to try it, Rooms are dated ,the mattress bouncing, walls tired, furniture overall not in great condition, staff is polite and courteous except during breakfast, no servers at all, the only server when i had breakfast ask me for the room number and then disappeared, the best is location, there is mall crossing the street and a huge park to go for a walk,i noticed this hotel is popular among Ecuador, i would not stay here, days before i was at Swissotel Quito, and even is also dated,the Quality and Service was oustanding, so my veredict is: if you are on a budget i suggest Ibis Quito( nicer and newer and cheaper) and if you can afford it go Swissotel you will love it

Summary: The staff was wonderful from the moment you step in the hotel. Very varied breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit, juices, fresh coffee, and delicious dishes. The food from the menu was great, abundant and tasteful.

Summary: The location was great. The staff were all very helpful. The room was nice and had an excellent view of the city. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever back in Quito. It was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: The room was clean; the staff all around from the front desk to everyone on the floor was kind and courteous. The breakfast was good with a fair selection; the location was convenient. As a single female traveller, I felt taken care of. Some of the security people would come out and ensure that the uber was the right one. This made me feel safe and taken care of.
