Positive: The location was great and the price was reasonable for the quality of the room but after a long day of baseball we came into our room and our a/c didn’t work very well :/

Positive: It is very budget friendly and the staff is always kind and courteous.

Negative: We have been staying here when we come to town for the past five years. Each year it seems to become more and more unkempt. Usually, it is just cob webs, dirty curtains, scratched paint and cracked sheet rock, but this time mold on the ceiling added to the list. Unfortunately, we will be staying some where else on our next visit.
