Positive: Convenient to exit & entrance to I-20 East & west. Clean & comfortable room. Only spent one night. Didn’t partake of breakfast. We would stay again!

Negative: The bathroom sink was very sluggish and the windows cover was cracked and needed replacing!

Negative: Hair dryer is missing from room 327 and they wouldn't bring one up cuz they were too busy or couldn't find one. They don't serve scrambled eggs and no half and half for coffee.

Positive: From the moment we entered the reception , we felt welcome. The room was large . The staff are patient with guests. During our stay we used the laundry late in the evening and when collecting our clothes from the laundry, the lady from the front desk was mopping the floors. A family came in with 3 of their children riding hoverboards , the wheels were covered in mud and the kids were riding all over the foyer and hallway making mud tracks everywhere. Breakfast was yummy and included, with plenty of tables with seating.

Positive: good value. nice pool and workout room the kids always enjoy. room was huge. very quiet hotel. hot breakfast. clean room.

Negative: girl at front desk was very dry when checking us in. seemed very unhappy to have to do it. odd smell through out hotel. we have been coming here for years just for fun for the kids to swim and every time the hotel gets a little worse. but it is the best one in the area for the price you pay. the cleaning ladies were very nice. wish they would upgrade there tvs it was hard to navigate.
