Summary: The ac unit did not cool off the room. After request, maintenance looked at it. He stated need new part and he would return later to replace. He never returned and no additional contact.

Summary: Very clean. The shower floor was very clean but already a little worn. The rest was great! Linens so nice . Happily surprised at being able to order food brought to the room. Pool and exercise area great. Unbelievably quiet. Slept well. Nice Dove products for hygiene. I will absolutely revisit this hotel in Gainesville. Modern and sleek sitting areas.

Summary: So we got here and checked in got the keys i went took all the luggage up and the key did not work so i went down again got fixed came back same thing 3rd time they went it worked how convient so we go in the room it has not been cleaned yet foot prints and popcorn and bzgs of popcorn on the bed the desk i called got the room fixed changed we go to other room at this time im little mad we wanted to stay extra night all that happend i wanted a discount which wasint really discount still got it 30 less than internet so next day now we got here 10pm first house keeping wakes me up knowing we staying another night not even 20 min goes by another one doesint even knock trys to come in the room this was after we told them second time we w e te staying it was allready payed for no exscuse worst time ive had in a hotel in a very long time go gead and take that risk if u want funny thing sold out rooms breakfast was huge but cold like been sitting for a while i was there when tgey opens it at 6am i eill not stay gere again

Summary: This is a university hotel. It was a busy weekend graduation weekend. The rates were insane. The hotel is not clean. Enough is not center located. The staff is very amature. They offer coffee all day. The coffee was always cold overall I wouldn’t recommend this property.
