Positive: The hotel was clean for the most part and the staff were helpful and polite. The shower was quite dirty but the rest of the room was clean.
Negative: My biggest complaint would be the food service. We ordered two burgers and fries. The wait time said between 15 -30 minutes it would be delivered. At about 45 minutes my husband calls and we get no answer. So he walks down to the front and they tell him that they are working on our order and we should have it on the next 5 minutes or so. A little over 15 minutes later we finally get our food. The fries were cold and the burger was spongy and dry. Definitely the worst food we have ever ordered. We were hoping for decent food and the convenience since we were ubering to an event and couldn’t make additional stops.

Negative: I was on the second floor,there was a guest that left their dog alone in the room and it continued to bark until they returned most annoying. And disrespectful of others on that floor.
