Positive: spacious, full sized kitchen, linen and towels provided, car parking onsite in the owner’s large garden, pretty environment, near but not inside Villefranche. option of having breakfast and dinner which we did not take up but it’s nice to have that option. happy atmosphere.

Negative: Wifi worked <1% of the time and no 4G or 5G reception inside apartment nor in courtyard meant no access to the internet for duration of stay (so no news, no video streaming, no sms or phones- it was a step back in time to the 80’s!) we got 4G once out in garden >30m away from building. owners lived upstairs. advertised air conditioning limited to 21C and owner was reluctant to let us use it.

Positive: Fabulous hospitality from Julien and his family. This is such a lovely place, beautifully renovated. Great location. Lovely food. Our kids loved playing in treehouse and trampoline with the kids. We'd love to come back.
