Positive: The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough to make our stay easier.

Negative: The many steps we had to take to get up to the main road.

Positive: Immediate access to beach, reserved sunbeds, EXCELLENT service from reception desk and beach staff. Lovely breakfast (both food and setting). Cable car to Taormina town within walking distance. Thank you Alfio and team for the excellent personal touches as well.

Positive: The property is ok, nice location but most of Taormina is very nice anyways. The property is clean, the staff are very friendly. Thank to Mr. Daniele Agati our stay was very good. 👍

Negative: The booking was difficult to arrange and to change the attitude of the front desk and reservation was not nice. We had flight cancellations and they were not cooperative. But after we met Mr. Daniele Agati things changed drastically to very pleasant and our stay becomes comfortable.
