Positive: Beautiful, comfortable, surrounded by green, nice rooms and clean. The owners are also very nice. Abounded breakfast with plenty of items: croissants, cakes, boiled eggs, cereals, honey-comb, ham and cheese, fresh bread, yourgurt, coffees and even hot choccolatr plus juices

Negative: It'd would be great to have a coffee and tea making facility in the rooms and also if the fridge were stocked better with products. Sometimes there was chocolate, sour snacks, beer, still and fizzy water and soft drinks, other times only fizzy water.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast lady and cleaner were so friendly and did excellent jobs. Second floor room was very nice

Negative: Very upset to hear crying of dog penned in behind the property all night. Felt so sad to hear him in distress

Positive: I have stayed in this hotel several times and I think it is a very nice property, room for parking, good size beedrooms, only once the room was a bit too small, and clean. The TV service is great and it has Sky Sport, Breakfast has so many options, even hot chocolate, croissants and a selection of cakes and honey from a real hive. The owners are really nice as well.

Negative: I'd like the facility to make hot drinks in the room and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner
