Positive: Marcello and Vita were incredible hosts for our stay in Positano. Marcello was very communicative and available for anything we needed, including coordinating our transportation to and from Napoli. Vita welcomed us with so much information about the local area and tips for getting around town. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The apartment is less than a 10 min walk to the core of Positano and about 15 min to the beach. Going back up takes a little longer due to the stairs, but if you can’t avoid the stairs if you visit Positano. Just take your time and meander through the various shops n your way up. The apartment was better than we could have imagined. It was very clean and bright, mimicking the surrounding landscape of Positano. The outdoor terrace was very private and created a perfect atmosphere for a starting the day with coffee while overlooking the town and sea. Pro tip: the market at the end of the street was great and affordable for getting groceries to make breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen and/or grab meats, cheeses and wine for appetizers before going out for dinner. Do not miss out on this incredible apartment and even more incredible hosts if it is available for your stay in Positano. We will be sure to book La Pigolina if we are lucky enough to come back.

Negative: There isn’t a single negative thing I could say about Marcello, Vita or the apartment.

Positive: The apartment is beautifully designed and conveniently located near a bus station and small grocery store. Several restaurants are in short walking distance, and the town center, beaches, and ferry port are accessible by a few very long flights of stairs (very common in Positano! Wear comfy shoes!) The apartment is modern, clean, and very chic. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine and admiring the view on the balcony, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and professional. They responded immediately to any questions or requests for restaurant recommendations. We especially loved the customized map of the area with points of interest, contact information, and even a curated playlist! We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Positano.

Positive: The apartment is amazing. Everything so organized and new. Room is large and very good decorated. there is a market close to proprierty and bus stop too. The best part: Marcelo (host/owner) is so friendly and attentive. He help me to rent a scooter (good price), to rent a transfer and give many tips about Positano. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Positive: Great location, just above the crush, but within easy reach of the beaches/boats. Perfectly placed for the paths up to Montepertuso for even more spectacular views. Great facilities: a full kitchen/wm/dryer. Spacious, high-ceilings, spare and stylish. And Marcello and Vita were a dream

He was incredibly communicative, checking in every morning to ensure we slept well and that everything was in order. It was clear he genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The apartment itself is amazing, with a stunning terrace offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the picturesque village. We enjoyed many sunsets there, relaxing under the umbrella and dining al fresco at the terrace table. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed—stove, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and even a washing machine and iron, which made our stay incredibly convenient. A special touch was the bottle of prosecco waiting for us upon arrival, which we enjoyed while soaking in the view. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk from the bus stop, which made getting around easy. There’s a lovely family-run grocery store nearby with local, high-quality ingredients, which I used to prepare a few delicious meals during our stay. Positive: The view from the room and terrace were incredible, the room was spacious, charming and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and fun to use and the washer/dryer was helpful especially after making use of the local beach. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive, giving good information on the nearby area, helping to coordinate parking and transportation and even giving us a fun playlist of Italian music to soundtrack our stay.

Negative: There was nothing I disliked about the room. The town of positano could have had fewer stairs (haha) and reservations are often necessary for dinner at the best restaurants nearby, but the kitchen and the comfort of the room more than made up for any of that for us. :)
