Fully renovated in 2019, this 80 m² house with its cozy garden offers all the comfort needed for a delightful vacation with family or friends, enjoying the rhythm of the tides!

Upon entering the house, you step directly into the living area with its fully equipped open kitchen. You'll find everything you need to cook up some delicious meals. Bright and airy, this space offers direct access to the outside and the terrace. La Petite Émilie features a master suite on the ground floor with a 140x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower + 1 sink). Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and one sink.
