Positive: - perfect agreement with Flavio - functional washing machine was very important for us - lot of space in the apartment

Negative: - furniture and equipment were quiet old, but everything was functional - there could be more plates and glasses

Positive: Much room for the children. Barrier can be installed on the top of the stairs to prevent accident with small children. I recommend it for families. AC electric car charger is a few minutes walk.

Negative: Chairs are a little bit unstable in the kitchen and there is one or two that can tilt backwards easily.

Summary: We got what we expected: a nice apartment in a nice place for a good price.
