Positive: What a wonderful hotel. It’s absolutely beautifully designed and executed. From the minute we arrived we were personally greeted by name and looked after. Beautiful room, excellent restaurant. We ate in the bistro and it was delicious, best chocolate dessert I’ve ever had! The electric bikes were fun and they organised us a Cognac tasting tour - great fun! Sadly the weather was not at its best so we didn’t get to try the walks, or enjoy the garden or outdoor pool - it’s a great reason to return!

Summary: Greeted and looked after as if we were friends. Fantastic staff in a wonderful location with excellent facilities.

Positive: The hotel restaurant in terms of qualty and service is really first class.

Negative: House rennovation opposite was incredbly noisy preventing us from using the terrace. We were not informed of this in advance, despite this rennovation having been going on for some months apparently.

Summary: Great restaurant, beautifully appointed rooms. A real gem not far from Cognac centre.

Positive: Everything 100% especially friendly staff, gardens, Brasserie, breakfast. Very relaxed and fantastic room

Negative: A little out of town but possible to walk there

Positive: Every thing in the hotel is marvellous and luxurious! The room is well and conveniently equipped with all necessary items like usb plugs. The bathroom has fantastic shower, bath robes. The garden is beautiful and full of herbs. Both Restaurants are great. The best part is staff who goes extra miles to help you. Morgan at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Zagnar in breakfast is so lovely who’s proud of her work and make the breakfast time enjoyable
