Positive: This is a lovely expertly renovated holiday home tastefully decorated by someone who has excellent interior design skills very clean with luxury fixtures and fittings a great deal of effort and work has been put into this holiday house and the owners desire 5 star plus could not fault it was a lovely luxury nights stay thank you

Positive: We loved all of it. Easy check in to get the key and go inside. Lovely cake on the table! The house has a good layout and very clean. Location was perfect too. The owner was vey helpful with the heating when it was cold. Thank you.

Positive: Spacious, well furnished, lots of light with balconies and windows with good views. An easy walk up the hill to explore Guardiagrele, which was a lovely surprise as it’s unspoiled Medieval hill town with a lively atmosphere, a good range of sensible shops like ironmongers, bakers, butchers, antique shops, art galleries (drawing of Stonehenge!) cheese and salami and general food, and very friendly people – especially if you have a dog! Comfortable bed and pillows. No extra charge for the dog. Parking at the door, even a hose to wash my car after some very dusty rain. Sahara?

Negative: vacuum cleaner didn’t work well, but a minor difficulty.

Summary: Lovely place to spend a few days or longer if in a group of up to 5 as a great dining room.

Positive: Great communication from the property owner, prior to arrival I received all of the information needed to begin our stay. We received a code for the lock box and entered the property without any issues. The property was very welcoming, clean, and accommodating. Freshly remodeled, fully modernized, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Negative: This is a property typical of this region in Italy so there are stairs, this was not an issue for us, it could be a concern for elderly or less mobile guests. We appreciated being able to enjoy the separation and privacy the multiple floors allowed.

Summary: This was a nice surprise and exceeded our expectations, location within the region was perfect.

Positive: The property is an entire little villa (terratetto) with very spacious parking. You will enter from the kitchen, which is fully equipped to have dinner guests. A full set of towels and some amenities are available in the two bathrooms. Same for the linen in the bedrooms. Air conditioning and TV are present and work very well. The general standard of cleaning is very good. Well Done! The perfect camp-base for day trips in Majella Park. Bonus: Guarduagrele is a very peaceful and lovely little village. FORZA ABRUZZO!

Negative: I read the previous review about the staircase in the house. Maybe for very young children or parents in their late 70is, are a bit tricky but no falls and no damage. So good luck to all! It's a very very small cons.

Positive: The house is new and clean. Staff is helpful for recommendations. A view of some mountains and the sea.

Negative: Breakfast is cookies from the supermarket and a baked cake. You make your own coffee, not what we expected because we booked it for their breakfast. Steep and noisy stairs to go up and downstairs. You will have to climb stairs to go to the bathroom at night, which is not very kid friendly or convenient. Dangerous for kids and you could wake up the others by going to the bathroom at night.
