Positive: The apartment is located in Trappitello. Very clean and neat rooms with equipped small kitchen for cooking and nice terrace with beautiful mountain view on Taormina and Castelmolla. The host is very friendly and helpful. We were assisted in all our needs (including washing our clothes - we were allowed to use washing machine on the 2nd floor above). Air conditioner is in place and working, but it's located in the living room, so it takes time to get better temperature in the bedroom. There are two supermarkets nearby and a very good pizzeria Pizza Pazza Da Tony (highly recommend!). Don't hesitate to rent this apartment - it's really convenient and with fine price/quality balance.
Negative: It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach (not very pleasant promenade, especially when it's hot) or you can use a bus (the stop is right in front of the house).
