Positive: Beautiful setting, immersed in nature with stunning views of the Andes! Five minutes away by car, from city center.

Negative: We booked at 11:40 pm the same night relying on the advertised 24h reception, but everything was closed and I had to knock many times before the guard opened. In the morning there was no electricity due to scheduled maintenance (known in advance but not communicated to us), lasting until noon. Although there was hot water, the whole place, including the breakfast room, was cold. Considering the inconveniences, full price felt unfair.
