Positive: The rooms are spacious and the location is fantastic. The hotel is also very dog friendly though they don’t give you any bowls or blankets for the dogs even if you pay quite a lot to bring them there..

Negative: They don’t clean your room, so after staying 5 nights it gets a bit disgusting, not experienced that from a hotel before.. also they charged 120 euros to bring out two dogs, which I found a bit steep

Negative: Our apartment was not ready, even after we had checked in. The staff made no accommodations for us other than telling us we needed to wait. It had been a tiring trip there, so this was not welcome news.

Positive: Modern, comfy and clean room with a balcony. Friendly staff. Great location for a night walking the coastal path from Santander.

Negative: A tiny detail, but while there was a coffee maker in the room, there were no coffee cups. Also, the "ocean view" side would more accurately be called "parking lot view with a hint of ocean", but I guess no hotel is that honest. Didn't bother me, but if you think you will sit on the balcony enjoying the ocean you might be disappointed.
