Positive: Fantastic location for the Dancing Bear Festival! Short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and park. New and clean. Washing machine. Full kitchen. Very good wi-fi. Very comfortable bed. Convenient electrical outlet on both sides of the bed we used. (Didn't check the other room.) Plenty of hot water. Tons of closet and drawer storage!

Negative: The seating is 4 tall barstools at the breakfast counter or on the beds. At this time, there is no area or furniture that functions as a "living room." We would have liked to have that. As the first to stay there, we understand that finishing touches may still be arriving... but, at this time, there were no hangers in all those closets. We had some issues with taxis not being able to find the street with their navigation. Also, the address on Booking.com did not yet include the building number or instructions to enter the building. There is a bar one block away called Enigma where you can get picked up or dropped off. We waited there for the owner to meet us and provide us with the address and keys. He also carried our heaviest suitcase up the stairs to the 5th floor. (Thanks!) People with physical limitations should be aware there is no elevator.
