Positive: Breakfast was excellent, the pool was a delight, we stayed so that we could walk to see the Andrea Bocelli concert which worked very well, a bonus was listening to the rehearsal the night before sipping a glass of wine hearing the music, perfection. The staff were incredible, so kind and thoughtful, one of our party had an accident and everyone was so concerned and helpful, cant praise the service we received too highly, Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area

Positive: Very beautiful location with great view and very friendly owner.

Negative: Heating was not on when we arrived and first night it was very cold. When asked to turn it on owner`s son informed us it is not allowed turn on heating in April in Tuscany, which was a lie. But the next day other staff helped us very good and made sure heating is on.

Positive: Our stay at La Mandriola was absolutelly amazing. The rooms were clean and spatious, the pool was warm and big enough, with plenty of space in the shadow. The view is fabulous, the location peaceful and beautiful, even had a few cats that made my daughter fall in love with the place. It's minutes away from the beautiful village of Volterra. The host is really nice, warm and was happy to accomodate our needs. He organized the most beautiful authentic Tuscany dinner with delicious food, wine and warm atmosphere, this was one of the best locations we've been to.

Positive: The whole place is amazing. The pool, garden, appartments. Amazing staff.

Negative: There's not an aircondition in all the rooms and in summer the temperature in the rooms is insane.
