Positive: It was clean and comfortable and contact with the owner was easy,you will need a motorbike or bicycle as its outside the city centre

Positive: Warm welcome, so much great information and tips about local restaurants and things to do, very helpful owner. We loved biking by the canals, the flower fields and the Mekong, riding to town by the backside streets, enjoying local food and stopping for coffee by the river. Sa Dec is an under rated town that deserves 1 night or 2.
Negative: Although we enjoyed the peaceful and authentic neighborhood very much, and having bikes to ride to town, you still depend on taxis and the owner to order one if you don't communicate in Vietnamese. Grab does not exist here
