Positive: The hotel is really modern and the decor is sublime. Beautiful throughout. The SPA is very unique, loved the small details in the room and the breakfast was more than wonderful. They were really accommodating towards our dog as well.

Negative: PARKING! or lack of it. As the hotel of this standard please get a valet service as it was horrible and the receptionist failed to mentioned that there is an underground parking for an extra fee. As well, please let your guests know to book the restaurant in advance as its very upsetting to come tired and having to look where to have dinner.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, massive parking issues.

Positive: This hotel has the highest specifications of design, quality and service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with plenty of choice. Service was also polished. Look forward to returning. Hotel and Bistro are dog friendly for well behaved pets

Negative: Perhaps I should have chosen the annex rooms, because I was traveling with a dog and the annex appears to have the easiest access to green space.
