Summary: Staff was absolutely insane. The room itself was pretty ok I guess. The bidet was nice. However it was lacking in comfortable bed aspect. The pillows were super flat and not supportive at all. I asked for the staff to please send some more pillows to my room and they just didn't care to do that. They said they had policy to not allow more than 1 pillow. I waited for the one extra pillow and no one arrived. Wack people for real
