Positive: My stay in LaMaison Hotel was fantastic, luxurious decoration, super clean, and the location is great, the metro is nearby, about 11 min walking, and the staff work hard to make you satisfied.

Negative: The only downside maybe is one or two receptionists need to smile 😊 a little. You can recognize him quickly.

Positive: The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and huge. Housekeeping staff were really great especially Arif in making sure that my room was clean and has new linen and towels.

Negative: Just the smell of cigarette before getting on the lift. It’s too strong and slightly offensive.

Positive: Breakfast was exceptional, service and the chefs at egg station were one of the best i've come across and loved the rooftop atmosphere every morning. The cleanliness was 10/10, no faults staff are so hard working, polite and quick to respond to any requests along with any service maintenance issues. Loved the lobby and size of the room, excellent value for money.

Negative: The Reception accommodated early check-in but no water was provided for our long flight when asked they said to buy it even though there would have been water available at the room
