Positive: We were happy overall with assistance and booking some restaurants.

Negative: A room with slanted beams which we had few incidents bumping to it.

Summary: Unhappy with the Suit, it was more of an attic with slanted beams, we had to adjust accordingly.

Positive: We stayed in Room 67 which was a two storey suite with views over the local square and opera house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the cost and it was very tasty with plenty of choice. The location is superb in the 2nd Arr, very close to the Metro. The spa in the basement was an added bonus along with a small well equipped gym. We would thoroughly recommend this charming hotel.

Negative: No constructive feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

Positive: This is a quaint, boutique hotel centrally located. It was charming, comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. They have a wellness area, continental breakfast option, umbrellas(if you need), opera view options and lots of restaurant/shopping within walking distance.
