Positive: Good accessibility to Gare St Jean Tram takes you directly there Clean rooms

Negative: We changed rooms because of leak in ceiling and noise. TV did not work in either room due lack of maintenance. Breakfasts were OK but you must order simple everything- butter,milk, SELECTION jams ,yogourt,cereal?,sugar,fruit juice,FRUIT- we only had a few grapes each day in jar. Croissant/pain au chocolate etc. General lack of direction/ supervision and maintenance. But willing, charming staff who were keen to help Rooms - no service for making beds etc which we had expected. That was very disappointing and not reflected in price.

Summary: Enjoyed our time but being on holiday there, we found it slightly disappointing

Positive: Really liked the B&B, bed was so comfortable and room was spacious for what we needed. Bathroom was lovely and shower really nice, loved the Aesop products. We had breakfast one morning and it was really nice and fresh and delivered very promptly. I personally slept really really well, I didn’t get woken up by the tram or nearby cars as I think the area is pretty quiet. It’s about a 25 min walk or 15 min tram to town but the Chartrons area is really nice, lots of restaurants and bars nearby and felt really safe. Nice to see both sides of the city by staying here. Would really recommend, was very decently priced and we had a great stay.

Negative: Nothing major at all, bathroom was just quite dusty but it’s probably due to towelling etc but very minor and otherwise very clean.

Positive: Our room was perfect, well appointed, a really comfy bed, a good shower and spacious. The breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning was delicious. Excellent location! A 15 min walk into the centre or a short tram ride with the tram stop across from the hotel.

Positive: Location was brilliant- right at a tram stop but still walking distance to the quai and cour. A wonderful breakfast was delivered to us on a sweet trolley. Everything was fresh, clean and comfortable.

Negative: A longer stay!!
