Positive: I like the space of the rooms, the bathroom facilities and overall decorations.
Negative: We come from overseas and found that there was no laundry detergent, hand soaps, sufficient toilet paper and one room would have been an excellent area to place twin beds instead of a large desk.
Summary: We loved the overall experience at the apartment it missing some small details that would have made

Negative: Small annoyances and absences: Empty salt containers, empty shower wash; no iron; no spare toilet paper. Etc. be aware of two flights of stairs. I was very annoyed that after paying in full via booking.com I was compelled to pay a further amount to cover possible damage. The alternative offer was to pay a refundable amount of E1000!! Extortion.

Positive: The apartment was exceptionally well located, with beautiful large windows overlooking a charming small square. The nearby underground parking was very convenient, only a short walk away, and there was an excellent selection of cafés and restaurants close by. Public transport links were also very good, making it easy to explore the area. The furniture and beds were particularly comfortable, which made for a very pleasant stay overall.
Negative: One thing future guests may wish to note is that the staircase to the top-floor apartment becomes narrower and quite steep towards the top, so carrying heavy luggage could be a little challenging. Shortly before arrival, we were asked to choose between paying a €42 insurance fee or providing a €1000 security deposit before access details would be released. This came as a surprise to us, as it had not been fully apparent at the time of booking, and it is something prospective guests may wish to factor into their plans. The apartment itself was well equipped, although the consumable supplies such as coffee and toilet paper were fairly limited for a short stay. A slightly more generous provision would have been appreciated and would make the experience even more comfortable for guests arriving for only a few days. Another small point to consider, particularly during summer, is that while the upstairs bedroom had curtains, the downstairs bedroom and living areas did not.

Positive: Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk into town. Property was lovely and loads of space and storage.
Negative: This is really splitting hairs, but lower toilet door did not lock and the upstairs shower was not up to same standard as the apartment and massive cubicle.. feedback given to the property and they said they would get it sorted.. so no complaints
