Positive: If you're looking for a place with top standard, that is new and has everything necessary to live comfortably, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with nice bakeries and very authentic restaurants (mostly for locals) nearby, this is the one you'd like to choose. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, helped us a lot with many different things during our stay. The fridge was waiting for us full of goodies which was a very pleasant surprise. The whole stay was perfect. Highly recommended for people working remotely who are looking for their next stop, but also for travellers for a base to explore Crete.
