LA LOGGIA House, renovated in 2015, is a large independent apartment, ideal to be rented by those who love nature, tranquility and peace of these uncontaminated places immersed in nature. The apartment is characterized by a huge window overlooking the valley where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views in the region. The view that can be admired from LA LOGGIA spans more than 60 km on the Chianti and the Crete Senesi. The apartment consists of a large loft with a double sided fireplace which separates the modern kitchen from the living room. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms each with private bathroom and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The house is equipped with all amenities including air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher.
LA LOGGIA is a part of the “Le Balze di Rosennano” a scattered resort which provides lovers of nature, quietness and beauty three more charming homes spread around in the pretty hamlet of Rosennano. All the homes, independent of each other, face south, enjoy marvellous views and have free access to the gardens. The house has no private garden but guests may enjoy the following shared areas :
- The ample lawn, bordered with Mediterranean plants, situated on the panoramic terrace that characterises the southern aspect of the hamlet.
- The beautiful swimming pool (12x4) strategically positioned to allow the enjoyment of an unforgettable panorama and at the same time at a sufficient distance from the houses to ensure utmost peace and quiet to all our guests. The swimming pool is open from May to September and beach beds, umbrellas and deck chairs are provided for our guests.
In the houses are available a range of information on local attractions, on tourist itineraries, food and wine tours and sports activities. can be organized trekking, road bike or mountain bike tours. You can also take advantage of the nearby Terme di Rapolano for your relax or visits with tasting some of the Chianti wine cellars.

Summary: This secluded property was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a little relaxation during our busy vacation. We never tired of looking at the endless views and felt so comfortable that we were definitely sad when it was time to leave. The property was well appointed with furnishing and the necessities for a comfortable stay, and communication with Sebastiano was super easy. We definitely give this property our highest recommendation!

Summary: My wife was excited when I showed her this property on VRBO. The views from the oversized window looking at miles of wilderness and vineyards looked amazing on line...and it was even better in person! The village is very small, but it has a real charm, and great location. In 15 minutes you can be at a small town with all the basics, at any one of a dozen quality wine vineyards, at a Michelin rated restaurant, or just out in the countryside visiting the outdoors or tiny villages and historical sites. Sebastiano was great, with all the things you needed to plan your time judiciously. And while the lodging looks historic on the outside, it is really awesome and modern on the inside. It is our favorite place we stayed at (for 8 days) on our 5 week visit. My only fear is that my good review will make it harder for me to be able to rent this place again! :-)

Summary: My husband and I just returned from a week here and it was just what we were looking for! The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location is because you definitely need a car, and it wouldn't be for everyone as it is so peaceful and remote, but it was perfect for us after several days in Rome and Florence. The house is exactly as pictured, and is in a renovated hamlet of just a few houses. It is within 10 minutes of several fabulous restaurants, and cute little villages, and about 35 minutes drive from Sienna. Sebastiano was wonderful to work with and very helpful. If you have a car and don't mind not being in a hustling town, this is the place for you!

Summary: My husband, son and I just returned from a wonderful stay at La Loggia. The house was just as lovely as in the photos, and the view of the Tuscan countryside is just spectacular. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. We also greatly enjoyed our afternoons at the pool after spending the day driving to different towns and vineyards. Sebastiano was an excellent host!

Summary: This is a wonderful getaway in Tuscany. The view is amazing, it is a peaceful location and close enough to visit towns all around. The host is very friendly, there is a small town 15 min away with fantastic restaurants. We will keep this one for our next visit.

Summary: Our stay at La Loggia House was absolutely fabulous! The place is even better than pictured, and the view absolutely stunning. This was a trip that we were supposed to take in 2020, and it finally happened in 2023. Sebastiano was great! Helpful, responsive and very friendly. One thing that people should be prepped for is the gravel road leading up to the town and house. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance, but the ones recommended by Sebastiano are terrific!

Summary: Cheers from Baltimore! Me and the fam needed a quiet getaway and was this the place for it!! Amazing views from the house! Absolutely fell in love with the area. The quaint towns and many vineyards! Sebastiano is a wonderful person! Made everything easy and even set us up with a private driver and itinerary so all we had to do was enjoy the moments and the wine!!!
