Positive: Very nice apartment in a well accessible area. Very nicely decorated and super clean! We have an electric car which was easy to charge just couple of meters away from the apartment.

Negative: It is an old building and the noise from the neighbors were a bit disturbing in the morning (early on Sunday...).

Positive: This is a great property in a excellent location just 150m to the main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The one bedroom apartment has all the facilities needed for a long or short term stay. The owner met me at the property to show me around and indicated she was available to help if any questions came up during my stay, in my case i had no issues. The bedroom is a nice size with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom and toilet are in 2 separate rooms and the shower was powerful . The apartment was clean and quite at night. The location in Albertville is a great base for exploring the region. This is a great area for cycling in the summer and i'm sure for winter sports also. There is also free paring available, sometimes directly outside the apartment block or if this was full i could use a near by free public parking location which is just 50m away. Both with no issues. The area in general felt quite safe.

Negative: There is no air conditioning in the apartment. For me this was not a big issue as i was out exploring the local area during the day and only returned in the evening when it was cooler. Also the apartment does supply a portable fan - which i didn't need to use.

Summary: Lovely apartment in a great location.
