Positive: Jean Charles and family took time to help, even guiding us in when we were trying to locate the property. Offered us a welcome drink and appetizers, sat down and took the time to explain the property and things to see in the vicinity. The property is clean, well equipped, spacious enough for 4 and located in a calm, semi rural area surrounded by nature.

Negative: It’s not in a tourist hotspot and you do need a car, so perhaps that’s not for everyone, but it’s well positioned for many beaches, waterfalls and places of interest. Having driven around the island, we enjoyed this part of Martinique more.

Summary: Kind, generous hosts. Excellent value for money.

Positive: Nice, spacious very well equipped property. Good atmosphere, friendly owner.

Negative: If you’re liked by mosquitoes, no-see ums and similar features like me than it will be itchy. I counted 60 stitches on my body after the second day.

Summary: Nice apartment, friendly owner. If you rent a car a perfect place to stay.

Positive: Fantastic reception by Jean Charles. We asked if breakfast was possible and this was no problem whatsoever. Our first night we enjoyed a home cooked dinner served on our private terrace. The Jacuzzi was an unexpected surprise.

Negative: The internet connection.
