Positive: I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was exceptional. Everything was in good order and beautifully designed and appointed. Maria and her husband were lovely and accommodating, and the property was calm and quiet. The location is excellent, especially for those interested in polo, the marina, or other activities in the Sotogrande area. Would highly recommend, and I plan on returning anytime I am in the area.

Positive: The flat is lovely and beautifully decorated. The gardens are also very beautiful.
Negative: I was disappointed to learn that this is not a private villa or outdoor space, as described by the listing. Rather, it is the annex of somebody’s house; the pool, garden and outdoor dinner area are all shared with the family that lives there. The location also isn’t ideal of you like to walk or have a dog as it’s on the side of a busy road, which is dangerous to walk along. A car is absolutely mandatory here. I found the price to be very high for both the location as well as being a shared space.
Summary: Lovely annex tucked in nature away from the crowds.
