Summary: We booked the Comfort Cottage, Ensuite. The room itself was lovely—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. However, we did encounter a few unexpected issues. Breakfast and access to the main amenities (such as the pool and hotel grounds) were not included, even though they were listed in the hotel description. We later learned that, because the cottage is separate from the main house, those amenities are not part of the package. Additionally, our final bill was about 40 euros higher than the amount quoted on Expedia due to extra charges for linens and cleaning. While the staff explained that these discrepancies stemmed from their management platform, the experience overall felt somewhat misleading and less seamless than expected.
